boon:  noun

something that makes life easier or better

A windy day is a boon to kite fliers.



broadcast:  verb

1.  to transmit for public use by radio or television

2.  to make widely known

noun

a radio or television program


At the beginning of the ball game, I got to help broadcast the players' names.



burrow:  noun

a tunnel or hole dug by an animal in the ground

We found a chipmunk's burrow in our garden.



casual:  adjective

1.  appropriate for everyday use or wear

2.  done without attention or thought

I changed my clothes because Mom said they were too casual to wear to the wedding.


celestial:  adjective

related to the heavens or to the sky

The moon is a celestial object.
